What is your view on LBS developer and this project? i'm staying near to this project right now, considering to make booking for own stay.

What do the package offer?

not sure about the package, maybe some agent here can share you.

Seem like this project is pretty cold, no people going to reply me...so sad.

This one is being developed in a small strip of land next to SKVE highway. The lake(mines) is not as close as in the picture... the SKVE highway run in between the project and the lake... actually you won't have access to the lake...

if you are using SKVE from Putrajaya toward Banting this development will be on your left, a black building (showroom) is there....

yes, i went to the showroom already, now i considering if this Ok for own stay?

don't know why no one is talking about this project, i try search around other forum and website, also no one talking about this project.

LBS also less promote this project as I noticed that this project is the only project without dedicated website by LBS. and also, if switched to chinese version of LBS website, you cannot found this project at all.

I got drop by the gallery, but not much info for it.

I see, maybe it's located too "Ulu" ? so, no one interested.

heard from agent that tower A sold out, now tower B just started last week and sold 30 units...
but still got 300+ unit left~~
selling slow ....

i went and saw the unit. imo, it's a little too far in. Actually there isn't a problem with that but you have to go through at least 6- 8 traffic lights to get home. Think about that.

i see, because i working in cyberjaya, reach there within 15-20 minutes, quite ok for me.... but then i worry about that area, since it is like already mature and quite low class.

just pay booking fee to secure a 1050 sf unit facing lake. Hope my loan approve. overall this project is not bad.

My loan has approved. Going to sign the Loan offer tonight. Interest 4.75, 90% loan for 35 year. Is this rate normal or very high?

Good to heard that, im one of the buyer from skylake residence since last year Apr, i got my loan with interest 4.6% from CIMB bank.

Anyone knows what is the current progress?

I went to the site. Tower crane not yet dismantle. Tower external finishes all not yet completed. I dont think can be completed by this april.

Looking at the internal site, I don't even think can finish by June 2020.

I tot skylake is using a lot of prefabricated panels to build? (Pls correct me if i am wrong as i have long time didnt follow any news on skylake). Still they cant complete on time?

Going to be June soon. Any idea when the project will handover?
