Err, you actually paid for this router? I mean, I'm an owner and it performs well for me. But folks like me are an anomaly. Just saying that if it wasn't given to me "free", based on what I've been hearing about it, I wouldn't use my money to buy it. Would have gotten something better. But hey, bought d and so good luck.. biggrin.gif

I am using unifi currently. I do have tm's archer c1200 (dismantle it in order to have an access to the internal parts as well as void the warranty as well). I bought time's archer c1200 to compare both of them. We need to invest on something that we wish to learn.

Yes. Why? Which login?

After uploading the modified config.bin to the firmware, I still can't get SSH to work. It is Unifi latest firmware for ver 1.0.

I have confirmed the config is successfully uploaded by downloading after reboot the router.

Not sure about latest TM Unifi firmware, but did you add the line below into the config.bin?
CODE
< RemoteSSH >on< /RemoteSSH >

I just got my unifi last Friday, didn't really played around with the router yet till now, I was giving a TP-link Archer C1200 v1.0 "Firmware version : 1.0.0 Build 20170905 rel.41738 (EU)".

Is this the latest version "C1200v1_eu_tm-up-boot-1.0.0 Build 20180208 rel.57928_2018-02-09_10.03.18.rar"?

Make sure you have your PPPoE username and password handy, as it might wipe the configuration settings.

Hi bro.. Thanks for the screenshot, I think I misunderstood with the statement in the 1st post stating that EU version is only 5Ghz (I assume no 2.4Ghz)
What TS meant was the 5Ghz for EU version is not as complete as MY version
