i need help before this i using not active windows 10 pro , after i bough a original key unable to active when i change new windows product key fail to activate .

seems like u buy a upgrade version?

upgrade version unable to change ?
so what i can do ? reinstall windows should no problem ?

the upgrade version mean, u want to upgrade from the win7/win8.0/8.1 that was ori
if u dont want waste the money, u can buy an ori win8.1 that was very cheap now and upgrade it

now im using windows 10 pro if buy win 8.1 need format again .

Better confirm with the seller is the Win10 Key you buy is Full version or upgrade version.

If upgrade version, you need to have older windows installed then upgrade to Windows 10.

If full , by right should be work.

Sellers shoud really specify this

Call phone if failed, don't scare. Just call it, it is fully system toll. You no need to speak with the angmo. It is just system speaking only, get into installation ID, then use touch tone pad to key in all the code then wait for the system generate activation code for you.

Awesome, thanks for the info. Recently I purchase a key (win 10 pro) and it works perfectly for first time. However when I tried to reformat my pc, the key cannot be used and cannot activate online. Until I decided to use activation via call and tadaa, the win 10 activate successfully. Some said when your pc is activate first time, you can save time by sign in to your microsoft account and let the windows sync the product key to your microsoft account. and if you need to format in future, you just need to sign in to microsoft account without need to key in or activate it back.
