Hi guys, my late 2013 Mac Pro has issues with the GPU (since forever) and I am thinking of sending it for repair now that I have a new computer (My apple care is still active).

From time to time the computer will just hang, mouse can move but cannot do/click anything.
(Does not matter which OS i am using, high sierra also same)

The only way to get back control of the computer is either:
1 - Holding the power button until it shuts down
2 - SSH Remote login using another mac using terminal and shutdown/restart the computer

I am just wondering, who else in Malaysia has this issue?

Also which apple service provider do you guys recommend?

Also my Mac Pro has the AMD FirePro D300 2 GB installed. (According to the articles below it is not covered by the repair extension program, but then again I still have AppleCare)

Thanks.
