If I want to request a help from the hackers, where should I open a topic?

PS - its not for illegal things, I just want him/her (a hacker) to help me re-edit my insulting sentences that I posted at my friend's blog.
The details of the story will be explained later if I got the permission from Moderator/Admin/TE/Staff?VIP.

I'm pretty sure it's illegal to hack into someone's server and alter data without permission. Even if it's a friend's blog and he says it's ok, it's not his server.

As my esteemed colleague has already pointed out, I'll just expand on WHY we can't let you do that here.

Hacking into, and modifying something that is hosted on someone else's server is highly illegal. If we allowed you to get help on how to do that, that would make us culpable and/or accomplices.
