Hi all, I am currently exploring my options & looking for a property to buy. I am looking for a property to buy with access to MRT or MRT2 (10-15mins walk is ok) as I am working in KL & planning to stay in 2 years time. My budget is around 400-500k for a freehold condo. I know I am a bit late & a few good projects sold out already. I just found out about kuchai east, was late & now they are selling a 2 room unit for close to 550k With that amount I can get a landed prop with access to lrt with additional 50-100k so its a turn off for me. Any idea what are my other options? I am looking at kuchai avenue, based on current market price seems like I can get a 900+ sqft unit for 450k but subsale la. Any other upcoming projects with mrt accessibility or I am better of with subsale?

better off with subsales.... u can see the actual unit... feel the actual distance to mrt... grab some desperate owners by their balls and low ball their pricing... and new ones need 3-4 years to completion... u mentioned u wanna move in within 2 years... so not viable to look for upcoming ones...
