Hmm..I just downloaded PCI Latency Tool 3 but i can't seem to find my graphic card in the list given, any ideas? Seems like a pretty cool tool, Thanks.

Apparently 3.1 detects less hardware according to people on other forums. I guess I'll have to downgrade to 3.0 and see if its working.

Haih~ Thanks for your help anyway Its just not working for me for some reason.

most probably it's ur PSU... i used to ur PSU on my current Rig and it can't start sometimes and absolutely no OC can be done... now it works superb...

For me I dont think PSU is the big proble here but instead the cooling is not suffice. Just set on optimal and lower it a little to give a little breath for the card and ur system.
