Go go Chelsea...

Recent issues appear sadding for supporters. Sub Morata at 90 min is crazy. Sub out Hazard when he is your best player on field, is a no-no.

TLDR:
-Roman need pay Conte £9.5m and possibly more for his training staffs goodbye if he sacks Conte. No Champion League, Conte will face goodbye.
-Conte may go back to Italy national team or PSG.
-Former Chelsea boss Gianluca Vialli who is said to be close with Conte, he says Conte can't wait to leave Chelsea as he grows disillusioned with Chelsea transfer policy.
-Real Madrid may offer £132 million and Gareth Bale for the two Chelsea players Morata and Hazard.
-Benzema is leaving Real Madrid. Chelsea may look towards Benzema as they have disappointment in Giroud and Morata. Since Benzema is striker and Morata too, it maybe a straight swap plus some add-on money.
-If Benzema not coming to Chelsea, Chelsea may look towards Bayern Munich's Robert Lewandowski.

Chelsea consider four Antonio Conte replacements as £9.5m stand-off holds up exit
CHELSEA owner Roman Abramovich is locked in a stubborn £9.5million stand off with coach Antonio Conte.

Antonio Conte is set to leave Chelsea - but Roman Abramovich does not want to pay him off
The Russian billionaire is unhappy with the way Chelsea’s season has plunged into disarray this season, with his club now set to miss out on the top four and the chance of Champions league football next season – and with only the FA Cup left to aim for.

Previous Chelsea coaches like Andre Villas-Boas and Felipe Scolari have been axed at the point when Champions League qualification was threatened.

But with just six weeks of the season left Abramovich is reluctant to hand Italian Conte a pay off yet for the remaining year left of the deal he signed after winning the title last season, worth around £9.5m.

Sunday’s disastrous 3-1 defeat at Stamford Bridge by Tottenham means Chelsea, with just six games left of the season, are eight points off the top four.

If Abramovich was to axe Antonio Conte, he would also have to axe the nine backroom staff, including his brother Gianluca.

The Italian brought him to the club when he arrived in 2016, all of them also having a year left on their contracts – which would make it even more expensive.

Chelsea have an FA Cup semi-final against struggling Southampton in three weeks and are strong favourites to make it to the May 19 final against either Manchester United or Spurs.

Former Chelsea manager Gianluca Vialli insisted on Sunday that the unhappy Conte was “almost looking forward” to leaving the club. But those close to him have said that the Italian will not resign.

Yet unless there is a rapid change of heart from Abramovich, Conte – on around £182,000 a week – and his staff will not now be paid off until the season ends.
Under the terms of his deal, Conte is entitled to be paid for up to a year until he gets another job.

Paris Saint-Germain, who are set to sack current coach Unai Emery at the end of this season, could be a future destination.

Former Barcalona coach Luis Enrique, ex-Borussia Dortmund chief Thomas Tuchel and Napoli coach Maurizio Sarri are on the hit list to replace Conte and Juventus coach Massimo Allegri’s hint this week that he wants to work outside Italy in his next job, has also alerted Abramovich.

Conte’s leaving could herald a summer of major change at Chelsea, with top players like Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtis, neither of whom have yet signed the new deals that have been offered them, set to be targets for Real Madrid, among other clubs.

An ageing squad is likely to be overhauled by any new manager coming in.

Antonio Conte cannot wait to leave Chelsea after growing sick of club's transfer policy

Gianluca Vialli claims his compatriot will have no shortage of offers should he exit Stamford Bridge this summer

Antonio Conte is sick of Chelsea’s transfer policy and cannot wait to get out of Stamford Bridge.

The Italy FA has already contacted their former manager, with Chelsea set to dispense with his services at the end of the season and the national team needing rebuilt.

And Conte is counting the days because of how disillusioned he has become.

Former Blues boss Gianluca Vialli revealed his close pal has had enough, despite leading the Blues to the Premier League title 11 months ago.

Vialli said: “Conte can’t wait to leave Chelsea. He can’t stand that they sell or buy players without consulting him.

“The truth is, Chelsea would like a manager who is more of a club man.”

The Azzuri are desperate for him to lead their resurgence after their failure to qualify for the World Cup. Conte has so far indicated a willingness to remain in club football but the Italians are still interested.

Vialli said: “Whether it’s the Nazionale or Paris Saint-Germain, he’ll find a place where he can start winning something important again. There will be a queue of contracts for him to sign.”

Conte has just one year remaining on the improved, £9.5million-a-year deal that he signed after winning the title last season. But Chelsea are set to miss out on Champions League football for the second time in three seasons, with Luis Enrique favourite to take over.

Sunday’s defeat to fourth-placed Spurs means the Blues are eight points adrift in fifth with seven games left to play.

Wing-back Marcos Alonso has admitted Chelsea need to win all eight of their remaining games and hope a top-four team now collapses in the hunt for the Champions League.

He said: “I don’t think we have had the same luck as last year. Other teams have improved and we don’t have the consistency. It is what it is. We have to stand up now and fight until the end.

“Winning the last seven games has to be the target and we have to wait for others to lose.”

MADRID PROPOSE EYE-CATCHING ‘THREE-PLAYER’ SWAP DEAL WITH CHELSEA

Real Madrid are ready to step up their interest in Eden Hazard and offer Chelsea a ‘three-player swap deal’, according to reports in Spain.

Florentino Perez is said to be keen on signing Hazard this summer and is trying to tempt the Premier League side into a deal that could also include Alvaro Morata.

In return, Chelsea would reportedly receive £132 million and Gareth Bale for the two players.

Reports over the weekend claimed that Madrid were interested in potentially re-signing Morata following his struggles in London this season.

Karim Benzema is likely to leave Madrid over the summer, meaning the club will be in the market for another striker.

Morata has scored just 11 times in the Premier League this season and has struggled for form since the turn of the year.

Bale himself has been heavily linked with a move back to the Premier League after a tough season in Spain.

Both Manchester United and Chelsea have been touted as possible destinations for the Welsh winger.

IS £132M + BALE A GOOD DEAL FOR HAZARD & MORATA?

Chelsea make offer for €40million Liverpool transfer target in bid to solve striker woes
Posted by Magnus Eriksen April 2, 2018

Chelsea have reportedly come in with an offer for Real Madrid striker and rumoured Liverpool transfer target Karim Benzema in a bid to solve their problems up front.

According to Don Balon, the 30-year-old has become one of Roman Abramovich’s top targets up front for the upcoming summer transfer window, and the player has received their offer.

Benzema is said to be tempted by a switch to Stamford Bridge, so says Don Balon, despite previous reports that he could be targeted by Liverpool.

A previous report from Don Balon claimed Benzema had snubbed the chance to move to a Chinese Super League club and was holding out instead to remain at a top European side.

Chelsea look in need of a player of Benzema’s calibre after disappointing campaigns from the likes of Alvaro Morata and Olivier Giroud up front.

The west London giants let Diego Costa move back to Atletico Madrid and that increasingly looks like a huge mistake as his replacements have not been up to scratch at all.

Benzema may not have been at his best this season but has proven himself to be one of Europe’s finest forwards for much of the last decade.

A move to England could be a decent idea to revive his career at this point, though Chelsea fans may also feel their club could do better than move for the ageing Frenchman.

Club prepared to sanction Manchester United & Chelsea transfer target’s departure in straight no-cash swap deal
Posted by Magnus Eriksen April 2, 2018

Bayern Munich are reportedly ready to allow Robert Lewandowski to leave the club for no transfer fee as long as they receive a decent enough player in exchange.

Sky Sports have recently linked the Poland international as a target for Manchester United and Chelsea as he looks for a way out of the Allianz Arena this summer.

It remains to be seen, however, if the Premier League duo can get a deal done for Lewandowski as Don Balon claim he has his heart set on a move to Real Madrid.

There’s no question the 29-year-old could be a superb signing for most top European sides right now, and all three of these names have their own needs for strengthening in attack this summer.

Real look in particular need of a new central striker to replace the off-form Karim Benzema, while Chelsea could also do with an upgrade on Alvaro Morata after his poor start at Stamford Bridge.

Robert Lewandowski can leave Bayern Munich in a swap deal
United, meanwhile, don’t exactly look in desperate need of a replacement for Romelu Lukaku, who has largely impressed recently after a bit of a dry spell.

The Red Devils do, however, need to do all they can to close a pretty sizeable gap between themselves and Manchester City next season, and Lewandowski would be a real statement signing if they could pull it off.

Don Balon claim Bayern are keen on a straight swap involving Real Madrid’s Gareth Bale, and it remains to be seen if United or Chelsea could realistically offer an exchange as tempting as that one.

Eden Hazard and Alexis Sanchez are similar styles of player who could shine for a club like Bayern, but it’s highly unlikely either would be allowed to leave this summer, even if it meant signing a player of Lewandowski’s calibre.

season is gone. and we have potentially 9 players and the manager getting shipped out next summer.
Cahill, Luiz, Fabregas, Pedro, Giroud on last year contract and being 30 and above.
Zouma and Batshuayi not in the immediate plans.
Courtois and Hazard haven't extend contract.
Conte probably "mutual terminated contract"

total overhaul again, who to bring in?

looking at our situation, we cant simply splash that easily since we need to find a manager too. let say if other club have 200m to spend on 2-3 players, we might need to used 200m to spend on almost entire squad + a manager sweat.gif

Worst come to worst, we push on loan players to join first team and substitutes bench.

Now who do we think among loan players are ready to take their chances? Kennedy? Or Ola Aina? Or Baba?

Anyone want Balotelli, since he is free transfer now?
