A new coach need to:
-doesn't complain
-use whatever players board bought
-experience in managed team during insufficient money due to upgrading stadium

hate to say this, but I think no more rebuilding....
rebuilding is to trust a coach and buy players he wants, not buy players for investment etc
sad to say, chelsea already missed 3 rebuilding (strengthen) time, seasons after crowned champion under ancelotti, mou (2nd spell) and conte
