A new coach need to:
-doesn't complain
-use whatever players board bought
-experience in managed team during insufficient money due to upgrading stadium

Yeah I've already resigned to us not finishing in the top 4 quite a while back. Dropping points dont hurt like they used to. I've already learnt to get used to it, which is a sad thing as a fan.
Just waiting for this season to be over, and we need to rebuild our squad from the bottom up. I love Conte but I think really think he has lost the players and the plot so its time for him to go. You can tell from his body language, what he says during interviews and the way he manages the squad that he has given up.
