I think if a member has been permanently banned, can we add a "perma-ban" tag under the user profile? And if the bans are temporary, add a "temp-ban" tag with projected end-date of ban?

It makes communicating with members much easier. Especially those buying/ selling stuff.

I remember selling things once, and made a small blunder in /k/ and of course power-hungry mods gave me a temporary ban of which I appealed - however the response I got from the admins was basically saying "go fuck pleasure yourself"

Anyway, I really think these tags are necessary not for the banned individual - but at least for the individual that's trying to get in touch, this would help manage his/ her expectations.
