The truck was running so fast on the slightly low inclined road & did not steer to his left [ because that road led to the left ] , go straight & hit that Honda Stream which was waiting for the traffic lights to turn Green , it just dragged that Stream onto the side of the road & in the process hit a motobike & smashed the front of a Myvi & spinned a Merce along the way to rest on the side of the road onto the drain too . rewind & watch again..............

It was reported that the truck driver was detained for investigation.............

I hope the gomen will impose new rules that truck drivers that killed road users to serve mandatory jail sentence for 2 years, else more ppl will die for no reasons. many of these truck drivers are irresponsible ppl that drive like mad idiots , never think of other road users , every mth also got drivers or pedestrians kill by them for no reasons ..........

The light was already green. At 0.14, the traffic light cam flashed and shortly, you can see cars moving off straight into the path f the lorry. Looked as if he wanted to beat the lights and go straight when the cars came across him.

How may more innocent lives must be lost through these reckless driving before the gomen will do something ?

Until a minister's family members got runned down ?

Its not abt whether the victim is a Singaporean or Migrant worker or nobody, its about Human LIVES ...............

Which dept or ministry should highlight this in Cabinet , JPJ , PDRM , Special Branch ?

It's a 4 way junction, not a slip. You can't have lights on 2 roads and not have any on the other 2.

Its a T Junction that looked like this

I doubt you ever driven a truck before
Trucks are heavy vehicles
With the speed of the truck from the video
It can be seen as brake fail when the truck approaches the traffic light.
Compare to a light vehicle, the steering and brake doesnt apply as easily.
It also takes truck steering a few more turns to see significant changes comparing to smaller cars.
Due to stress level of the shaft. Car engineer can explains this in more detail.
But ultimately, when the brake fails especially on a downhill road, its pretty much shit hits the fan.

Applicable especially short cutting into trucks lane is always a dangerous one.

Forgot to add
New trucks old trucks brake x makan confirm mampuih ouh

Indirectly, Puspakom at fault or not ?

They will stamp at the inspection result cert that during time of inspection SEMUA is fine.

So not at fault la............as presumed.............
