Lol, I didn't watch all to see if they even tried lower height or they jumped straight to 16ft confidently thinking they can tahan that drop. The rep gave an excuse saying they didn't use a screen protector, but I doubt that would make much difference at that height lol

is very simple actually, but it works....i add few more layers to improve the 'click' haha....

if i nv find this fix, i'll just throw away my case and buy another.....

for Iphone X, the power button issue is very very common haha.

i use the backplate, the transparent one.

The case itself is quite hard, taking the phone out and when wanna put in is quite a struggle, maybe because i’m using a dbrand skin on my phone. Costs around Rm204. Free shipping cause i bought 1, and a friend bought 1.
