Hey people, long-time lurker but have decided to post a bit after getting into figure collecting more earnestly

I got my preordered Revoltech Saber, you can view some of my pics here - her supercute face is what sold me, and being posable is a big plus!

Mine was from ultimate-toys (Amcorp outlet, RM90, not sure if off-the-shelf retail will be the same) and mine has no defects as far as I can tell, so hopefully that'll be the case for all local shipments. Got her yesterday and when I was there I saw 3 more boxes.

The only thing is that there are slight painting inconsistencies as is usual with most figures, so it's always advantageous to peer at the figs yourself and pick the best. If you don't mind braving it like valho (hi, byak-chan from figure.fm here! XD) you can get her for cheaper for RM70++ on P-A, but again I must emphasise you're left to the luck of the draw w/ online ordering ^^;;

LilKeV84, any idea if Revy is still available at DC? I was going to buy her from XL-shop but she was sold out before I could get there, and now she's really hard to get (unless you order from US retailers, in which case shipping is a killer). 'Grats on the purchase btw ^^

LilKeV84: Mai! I haven't finished watching Kanon yet, but she's definitely one of my favourite characters. Really like the pose of that figure ^^

^The Asian release of Prison Break S1 & 2 are out? I saw S1 in a store recently, bugging my bf to burn S1 and Heroes S1 for me to see if I like them enough to buy the DVDs XD

I don't know how they did it, but P-A managed to secure a batch of the highly sought after Max Factory Haruhi. So if any of you are among the ones constantly missing out on the preorders because hordes of Haruhi fans got there before you, you can order her here.

I'm tempted to get her myself, but I've already ordered the Metamo Haruhi and I'm much more of a Yuki fan. Can't wait for Max Fac's release with the removable cape! ^^

Frustrating isn't it? The one they don't seem to have is the one I want most (Konoe) >_< Just preordered Rudy from them today ^^

Waiting on my Yuki from PA and just ordered the Revoltech dark Saber from them today also ... and Rudy should be arriving sometime this month as well. My Van arrived yesterday, so happy!

Haha yeah, the Van is so lanky for a 1/8 XD And yup, they did give a double set of keys/rings, good of them to do so (especially since I dropped one of Carmen's keys during her shoot and almost lost it =_=;; ).

Hmm, PA actually brought in the Noir et Blanc figures, Diana and Morte. Most people seem to prefer Morte (so do I), so if anyone only wants Morte getting it from them is a good idea instead of having to buy both (I hear XL is bringing them in, but only sold as a set at RM500+?). If anyone is buying those and needs a $10 off $50+ coupon feel free to PM me =)

^Aaaagh the DN nendoroids! I really want the Light and L ones - and the Yuki nendoroid is out this month too I think. Supposed to budget this month cos going overseas for a concert, yet so many lovely things are tempting me~

^Hmm, probably just a mistake in the picture. The price certainly reflects the Griffon one. The hair looks fantastic but will probably be a heart attack for anyone waiting for it to arrive intact in the post, I foresee a lot of hair ends breaking (which happened to quite a few people with the Kotobukiya 1/6 Witchblade and Creator Labo Simca resin statue).
The box is pretty big so it dents easily in transit unfortunately. Enjoy your Yuki, she looks fantastic out of the box! ^^

^No idea if RM20+ is a good price for that, but she looks really cute! Come to think of it I have too many Sabers in my collection already ^^;;

Hmm ... I guess RM300+ for a high demand 1/4 Haruhi isn't too bad XD

Shunya figures fly in less than a day as usual - luckily I preordered Rudy, just shipped today. My Revoltech dark Saber arrived too, no time to take pics till this weekend though. Just preordered the highly sought after GSC Mishiro Akatsuki figure from Shiok Toys and that's it for buying toys for the rest of the month unless I have leftover cash to get GSC's 1/6 Matou Sakura.

I was actually surprised that Shiok Toys had her up for preorder, since preorders for her filled up almost instantly everywhere. So I pretty much gave up until I read my email today only to find that Shiok had slots open - hopefully they're actually able to deliver ^^;; She's definitely an outstanding figure, fantastic pose and top notch GSC-standard finish from the looks of the prototype.

Hopefully you're assured of your Haruhi! Out of curiosity, how much are they retailing her for?
