anyway, updates on the CF display.
I have almost got a go-ahead approval, just need to wait 2 more days for a final answer.
Rental will be around RM30-40 per table for 1 day, i assume we'll onli be there one day rite? (unless u guys wanna lug ur stuff there twice )
We will need to confirm an estimate of how many tables we need asap, because if we take bout 10 tables, we'll be place on a separate area allocated just for the display, if much less, we may have to share area wif the other doujin booths.
so hope this round we get a larger amount of figures to display

oh...my shop wun be there sponsorship is too expensive
but i may place my business card there like last round we'll see how it goes lah

so give me your feedback, and whoever wants to know more bout it, just ask away!

namecards yup, catalogs have to check wif them 1st, many grey areas there, so have to confirm with them so that i dun go against any of their requirements

the display is confirmed, but for now they can't give us the max tables they can allocate for us yet, coz their priority are the doujin booths, but we have a safe confirmed number of 5 tables for now.
i'll let u know how much each of us will chip in for each figure after i run sum calculations (shit...4got to ask how big is 1 table )

so guys, start compiling and give me a list of what u plan on displaying just include those not released yet, if u plan to display them
just a rough list, dunnit to be confirmed yet, so at least we can estimate how many figure there'll be

haha, i'll most probably be bringing
haruhi set (max fac's haruhi,mikuru,nagato,ryouko, alter's tsuruya-san) but may need 1 more nagato for her alternate version
kanon set (koto's ayu, nayuki, mai, max fac's ayu) and makoto if she's released by then (not even open pre-order yet )
D.C. II set (nanaka, otome, yume, koko)
others will depend on space availability

haha sure, but if dishwasher is joining, maybe should let me bring nagato, depends on how many he wanna chip in lah
i'm was more than expecting Hikaru being inside already (btw, another person ask me if i have hikaru, on CF.....y suddenly the craze! )
anyway, do compile a list for me ya once u decided u can narrow the list down later no prb, as long as we haven confirmed the number of booths
and yes, do bring nendoroids it'll be cute if there are around 3 sets there, displaying diff expressions but there'll be a problem if diff which is whose later

oh, about opening box
that day onli i realize i have 1 EMS box that got open same size as all the rest, but dunno y they so ichy hand open this 1
means...EMS oso not safe if the box is big

means...we have enuf space for 3 tier/level
means...we have to make the foundation/platform too, can't use the 1 i brought coz too bulky

not a bad idea, i think we'll prioritize the display, if we have sum space extra, then maybe we'll put sum
for now, every inch on the table is precious since we all have to pay for it unlike last time

btw, remember that each figure u display, u need to chip in around RM3-5, can't confirm exact amount yet until i calc how many figures can fit in 1 table. so, if u dun intended to spend too much, dun display too many ya but once a year...so...

for HLJ, and many jp stores, the shipping is only calculated after they pack ur stuff into the box. so until then only u will know the full amount to pay, or paid
this usually take bout 2 days

once it gets shipped, depending on what method u use, usually 3-4 days for EMS SAL i'm not sure
