Hi, just started college and need a laptop. Not sure whether to get a Chromebook or Windows.

1. Preferred brand : Asus, Dell, or other brand with better bargain
2. Budget : Under RM1k, Max RM1.5k
3. Usage : Google doc, Microsoft Office(online), Chrome
4. Screen Size : 13" or smaller
5. Others: Long battery-life, not too heavy, touchscreen(optional)

Just looking for a cheap laptop to do assignments and browse chrome. Already have a desktop for gaming and heavier tasks.
