1. Preferred brand : anything
2. Budget : around 4k
3. Usage : Multimedia, Game (COD, Battlefield, Starwars)and download stuff, basically on 24/7
4. Screen Size : 15" will do

They're nice people, (hopefully no bangla), but not too smart. You can't ask for complicated problems. Just normal maintenance.

The parent company is probably Haier. One of the oldest companies in Malaysia, like Singer. Nothing fantastic about them, but they stayed with us thick and thin, I think that loyalty deserves to be rewarded.

If it's complicated they ship somewhere else, may take 1 month. But it shouldn't break too easily, no gaming on bed or something silly, OK?

-Acer is getting better, but depends on the service center. That one is up to luck, because they hardly want to send it away. They repair it themselves even if they don't know anything about it to save cost.

-Asus is just bad.
