Looking at your budget, I think you are better off NOT choosing an ultrabook. There's no small ultrabook at that price point.
Buy a LAPTOP. You can use it for, er, 5 hours, I guess? Should be good enough. Keep it on battery saver. Only up the brightness 2 times.
Try to find this one.
-Acer nitro 5 with 1050 4gb = RM3099,
-Lenovo y520 with 1050 2gb = RM3199 (get it online for 2899)
-HP Envy 15 with MX150 2GB = RM2899
-Acer aspire e14 with MX150 2GB = RM2899
Upgrade to SSD and another 4GB RAM later. I'm sure your friends will make you play a little bit of PUBG, so an MX150 2GB is necessary.
But if you insist on an ultrabook. There's only one a little bit above that price.
OTHER ultrabooks will cost around RM4000 and no, non of the mentioned games will run unless you use 720p LOW settings on everything
-Lenovo 720S with ryzen 2500u = RM3299
Specs:256GB pcie SSD, 4GB RAM, 13.3 inch screen and 1.1kg weight.
-Careful about that 4GB RAM thing, YOU CAN'T UPGRADE IT. Surprisingly not to shabby, though the SSD sure helps a lot.
-Should be chargeable with powerbank that supports PD. Impressive gaming performance ala 940M, pretty good for an ultrabook.
-it has freesync, do activate it, and NEVER CHANGE THE POWER SETTINGS TO HIGH PERFORMANCE, you'll turn that poor thing into a furnace. Balance is good enough for everything.
-cpu is good. Core i5 7300HQ level.
-Playable games at (40 to 60 fps, sometimes 1080p)Mad Max, Bioshock series, Mafia 2 at 720p max settings, Tomb Raider 2013 720p high settings (off shadows, AA, hair settings normal)
-I'm playing this games on battery, no need to plug in while gaming, you'll get 2 and a half hours of game time. (actual owner) 6 hours if you are really using it. 9 hours for Word.
But of course, indie 2D games and old 2015 era games like Shantae, Steamworld Dig 2, definitely max out. Duh. Even, normal ultrabook can run those.
Never tried PUBG, but any ultrabook at this price can't play it. You'll need to get at least a MX150 2GB. You should consider Fortnight instead.
You should pair this ultrabook with a wireless mouse and a powerbank (with support for PD) for a 1.5 kg load.

pavillion 15? looks okay, is the cooler okay? heard that it will overheat easily.

You need a good CPU for streaming like 8250U, however there is only one 'good enough' option:
Lenovo Ideapad 320S 14 - i5-8250U, 4GB, 1TB HDD, 920MX GDDR5
Need RAM and SSD upgrade too.
not even i3 7100 enough for movies?
hows the hp pavilion 15 above mention? or the asus vivobook S15 i5-8250U Processor,940MXGDDR5 2GB
