screen quality not that great because it's the 60hz...

go for the ROG Strix Hero (because the screen is 120hz) icon_idea.gif

cooling system? well ZM Fong would said that Asus is horrible at cooling system... ranting.gif
for me... so far... no high temperature... cool2.gif

Considering an ultra book with matte screen as I do quite a bit of PDF reading. Able to decently run lightroom will be good too, heavy usage I have my desktop.
Weight <1.5kg

Lenovo 720s intel 8th gen a good option? Not a lot of stores carrying it seems. Don't want AMD version.
