Video editing, adobe software really can use on U series processor laptop?

I'm looking for a laptop for general usage, as well as for graphic designing and video editing. Would like to strike a balance between portability, battery life, and performance.

1. Preferred brand : HP/Asus/Lenovo
2. Budget : max RM3500
3. Usage : Photoshop, autoCAD, Illustrator, Video Editing
4. Screen Size : between 13.3 - 15.6 inch, prefer matt surface

Real life use impossible 8 hours. 8 hours is just advertised battery life. Also unknown thermals, need to wait for reviews from good websites like NBC.

Thanks for the recommendation, but personally would not want to have a gaming laptop design bcz need for professional office usage.

7460 is outdated. Both options have mediocre battery life.

I wonder how would Illegear Onyx fare with the MSI GS65.

Misconception. More heatpipes doesn't mean better cooling. Effectiveness of cooling depends on various factors like heatpipe design, type of fan, airflow of chassis etc.

i don't really plan on gaming(maybe light gaming like dota), but is ultrabook good for long term? like asus zenbook UX430U.

or should i go for laptop?

and why is those catalog and video spec different then selling spec

Mediocre CPU cooling, mediocre TN display despite '94% NTSC' colour coverage (tried it before) and slightly worse build quality compared to 7577.

Vostro 5471 has a poor TN panel and needs RAM+SSD upgrade. Inspiron 7460 has outdated CPU and needs RAM upgrade. Also 1 year warranty. Dell consumer Inspiron line (besides Inspiron Gaming) isn't worth it, higher price without gaining anything. There are better options at similar/lower price.

OK from what I know Dell Malaysia don't provide OLED option for AW13, respect

I've tried before. I didn't mention MX150, just saying 'optional GPU'. Still a good display is nice to have IMO, there's a huge difference between a poor TN vs entry level IPS.

IPS panel in 7577 looks fine for me. Asus has some GL models with good IPS at that price range but they have mediocre cooling. HP Omen 15 (2017) also. From what I know the AW15 regular IPS panel has bleed issues.
