To be honest I'm not sure. 6-8h? I tend to use whole day l but I usually have power plug on.
I don't have a desktop CPU as i keep all my files in laptop.

I'm buying a budget gaming laptop for the first time, and after checking my budget, RM4k, can get me:

Acer Predator Helios 300

Or

Asus TUF FX504

Both have i5-8300H, Geforce GTX 1060, 4GB DDR4, 128 SSD + 1TB HDD, Under RM 4k...the difference in price is RM100 between those two..,

My question is which one is better? If anyone of your own either laptop...,feel free to drop by your review...,because both company will advertise such bullshit as claiming better thermal,quiet fan etc...while in the real world application...,it wont necessarily work like that

Dont ask me to consider other laptop because only these two right now have full GTX 1060 (NOT MAX Q DESIGN) under RM4K...

Battery life : typical (no need long battery life. Is 2 hours normal during non-gaming usage?)

But I came across these specs. Not sure if these are reasonable prices?

The main differences (other than the prices), are the RAM and the CPU.

NVIDIA just announced their next gen. gaming graphic card which is RTX 2080 Ti, 2080 & 2070. These are desktop ver. one, when do you guys think they will announce the mobile one? Also, should I buy the Asus Zephyrus M laptop GTX 1070 variants or hold it until the refreshed model with the new graphic card comes out? Which will be release after SST kicks in on September 1. After that most of the laptop current price will see an increase. What do you guys think about it? Buy now or hold it?

I have not experience with Acer brand in term of durability and services as I had stated before only had experience with Asus.
