Hi guys anyone know which seller sell the cheapest Acer Nitro 5 with i5 8th gen + 1050 4gb.

Cheapest now i can find is on Lazada : https://www.lazada.com.my/products/acer-nit...49fbSKiM7s&mp=3

But i prefer to go physical shop, or is there any gaming laptop better than this? Planning to buy for my sister will mostly upgrade to 128ssd and 8gb of ram..
*
better you buy from Lazada la, this price,no profit at all , no physical shop willing to sell you, even have, no return policy, any issue, you own claim warranty from Acer, biggrin.gif

Battery life is a factor too. If it has auto cut off charging feature ll be a plus point. I would prefer something handy as i need to carry around to different place.

I dont know the maximum weight. Is 2kg below laptop looks like those thin handy laptop?

Unfortunately I am noob at tech as first time I change ram at desktop I killed it. No issue with simple things but this maybe not. I did noticed most having issues are higher range gpu 1070/80 1060 by right should not be that hot? Can our local shops fix this issue easily or... If not I won't get alienware...

That myway1985 fella always come up with baseless accusations and giving one sided review. Stopped reading all his recommendation/post long ago.
ZM Fong comes highly recommended. Unbiased with solid recommendations.  notworthy.gif

I've been a silent reader at this thread for a while now and always keep a lookout for ZM Fong's recommendation.
Planning to get a laptop for gf. That's why lurking around here for a bit.

Dear myway1985,

We did receive a few users (but not 20) who encountered overheating issue within 6 months and most of them have been resolved by re-pasting /dust cleaning (not caused by fan).

It's pretty rare for us to receive report from users who encounter overheating within 6 months of usage, usually they are those who use their laptops for more than 1 to 2 years with heavy dust built up or thermal paste dried up. Hence I am quite surprised that they contacted you in the first place rather than approaching us the service center to resolve the overheating issue.

want to ask you , why your company never have a offer to trade in the laptop from your EU ? biggrin.gif
