My VX 3209 2k button cant use

happen after sent for warranty claim due to vertical green line about 9 months ago

didnt bother to sent it back that time. but now realize if wanna download stuff during bed time need to power down the monitor completely

cannot just turn off the monitor since all menu - + auto power button cant use

any solution? or need to bring to service centre?

need to check my warranty validity tho
