I am looking for 24" IPS Full HD 1080p monitor for web development work and browsing at home.

Is Viewsonic VA2432-H good/recommended for this? Plan is to have dual monitor set-up, but will use laptop initially as second screen and then get another 24".

Any recommendation for better model without much budget increase?
