hi, I bought VA2432-H from shopee seller n received it last Tuesday.
unfortunately got 1 dead pixel.
I read viewsonic warranty needs minimum 2 pixels to get 1 to 1 exchanged within 7 days.
so nothing I can do?

Is there a difference between VX2476-SH and VX2476-SMDH?

What the warranty covers:

ViewSonic warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period. If a product proves to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period, ViewSonic will, at its sole option, repair or replace the product with a similar product. Replacement products or parts may include remanufactured or refurbished parts or components.

How long the warranty is effective

ViewSonic LCD monitors cover three (3) years pick & drop service with limited warranty on parts and labor subjected to:

Pixel warranty criteria :
17" - 19" LCD: 3 bright pixels, 3 dark pixels, or a combination of 3.
20" & greater LCD: 5 bright pixels, 5 dark pixels, or a combination of 5.

You may still try to call service center Toll-Free line: 1800 88 8997 to get another option from them.
