60hz bro? This is 2020.

I wouldn't recommend it due to several reasons:

1. 4K at 27 inch is going to end up with issues regarding scaling on Windows

2. Gaming at 4K is incredibly difficult unless you can spend big money on a high end GPU (RTX2080 Super at the minimum, ideally the Ti model)

3. HDR400 is basically fake HDR, and there are no monitor at this moment that can handle HDR properly (even Windows itself doesn't handle HDR content properly)

4. 60Hz panel just looks awful once you go 144Hz

IMHO, you are much better off with a 1440p144hz panel instead, and if you want 4K for screen real estate you should go for a 32 inch 4K panel for that
