depends what perming you use.. i have permed my hair twice in 3 days, the result wasnt as bad as yours. maybe you should look for diy hair mask to do.. and get shampoo for dry hair. you can try dove if you want mostuire. i'm currently using loreal conditioner for dry hair, now at least it's better..

You can try 'Absolut Repair' from Loreal Profesional series. I'm using its conditioner and my hair are now in better condition. If not, why not pay Shins a visit and ask them? They have wide range of professional series shampoos and haircares.

Olive oil? You can get it at any grocery shops, supermarkets or pharmacy at baby/beauty departments eg; Johnson & Johnson, Ginvera, Pureen etc. If you wanna apply to hair, better be careful as it tends to make your scalp really oily.

What my aunt do is using Olive Oil to repair it. And use Coconut oil to Make it dark and shining. I belive those are traditional way to doing it.

i used to have these brittles and dried out after a period of 2 years with permed hair. What i did was, cut off the brittles part, ( short hair just above shoulder ) and wait for the hair to regrow again.

As long as you stay away from the colorings and perms, blower, am sure you hair will regains its healthy features again.

anyway, short boy cut helps too. As after i had cut to boy cut, the hair regrow and even more than last time.

i did not do rebonding after the curling in april..
din use any straightening cream as well..

my last rebonding was on november 2006, but ruined it after i did my perm on april. da 1st pic is during chinese new year when i dye my hair purple n did temporary curls.

i apply the olive oil daily, mix wif my conditioner n massage for around 2mins. cheap n easy. love my hair now. just dye it 1week ago n it still looks healthy. still using olive oil now, with wella rich intense mask wif almond oil..

I place an order for Tsubaki (from Shiseido) it's a hot cake in Japan.

Oh for treatment, you can try Loreal Elvesse (orange tube) can get from Watson / Guardian. I used it once a week. Cheaper than doin at Salon (cost at least RM100++) The effect, your hair is superb smooth and shiny!
