Hi,

1)Anyone here replaced iPhone 6 battery @ machines? Just checked with an apps "battery life" shows my battery life span 20% and suggest to change a new battery. Phone hang / lag sometimes is it caused by this battery?

2) called machine and they said can fix with the price rm129 and factory reset to send in preferred. Meanwhile waiting 2-4 hours depend stock availability a not.

Jz done my ip6plus battery replacement at qcd berjaya time square
First come first serve while stock last.

Haven’t try d phone yet
Anyway before I sent in my phone, battery is 76percent
The status show the battery is “consumed” n need to be replace for peak performance
990 cycle showed. My battery can’t last more than 4hour when I playing games.
Hopefully better after this.

Wondering if they will replace SG Iphone set battery as well? Or it must be a Malaysian set only

Accepting with or over warranty also can as long never open or repair before by outsiders.
Just pay for it as the program will be end of December 2018.

Yup. Same day. They told me it take 2hour but i only go to get it after 3hour. Lazy to wait there.
QCD did request to factory reset the phone before sent it
Well. For my own privacy, I can’t see any reason for reject it
Even after I get back the phone, I factory reset it again. Lolx

Tested 1st day.
The phone is better. But I not sure because of less usage(less photo/sms/chat usage)
Try on game. Definitely smoother than before.
Since my game all use data, I not sure is the line or the phone make it smoother
U know la. Digi are damn unstable.

I not sure if they will update ur software when u send in
For my case, I do update my software before send in
They will diagnostic ur battery first to see the condition..
Then they will check ur phone to see any damage/repair outside before
If everything ok then they will replace the battery for u
If u repair outside before, they won’t take ur phone

Btw, this happen when I waiting for phone collection
A guy having problem with the home button for his ip6s plus
No more warranty
Apple say can repair but the home button come with screen(apple service centre)
Cost for repair rm1038. Crazy.
The staff told d guy to repair outside shop for the home button without screen. Haha

Yeah, I had a friend who had the same problem with his 6S+ previously as well. Home button rosak but have to change the whole screen module over RM1k. He ended up selling the phone for parts and jumping ship to Android laugh.gif

Went to the Midvalley outlet today to get my battery replacement at around 10.40am and got my phone back at 11.30am.

Just some minor tips before you head over to the service center.

1. Remember to backup.

2. I did ask them to inspect before handing over them the phone. First they did a software check to see if all the parts are functioning. Briefly after that, they did an inspection on the hardware. The whole process took about 20 minutes.

This is good. I think Apple must have issued a directive and allowed them to stock up on batteries and not having to order from Singapore after they have your device in hand.
