May I know what is the battery percentage after replacement? 100?

This is because upon completion of replacement, my battery % is about the same when I hand to them. (-5%)

However, battery health is showing 100%

I have the same question as well - my IPX is at 89% currently . Wondering if anyone has changed it as well....mine is SG set though but I would think should be able to change in MY

Went to Mid Valley Machines service center yesterday.
Went in on 910am and was 4th in line.

Was told 4-5hrs to complete the batt change.
But then after 1.5hrs got the email that job is done.

They pealed off my screen protector, and updated to IOS12.01 for me.

Went to Machines to participate in Battery Replacement programme. End up got 1 to 1 phone replacement for free.

The technician found out my phone having battery swollen problem. Got it replaced after few biz days.

IPhone 7 btw. Upon checking the new serial number, i received 1 year part n services warranty (something like that), incl 90 days warranty by Machines.

Originally my phone warranty already ended on Apr18.

I took my old ip6 to the Switch service center (Tanjung Tokong, Penang) last weekend. Had them take a look at it and they told me that the battery was indeed bloated and the top shell of the phone was pushed out of the frame.

Was informed that it'll cost RM480 for me to get a replacement unit.

30 mins later, things went downhill. The tech discovered that the back metal shell was bent a bit (i.e. phone wasn't flat) and this made me ineligible for the RM480 offer.

Oh well. Will take the phone to a 3rd party repairer this evening.

Will decide later whether to go ahead with repair or to just buy a new phone for my son.

My ip6 was replacement unit from Switch, I think I got this unit in 2017.

The back is bent a bit already. Wasn't offered any RM199 replacement.

Did anyone catch the bottom part? iOS 12.1 will display if your battery is genuine or not

Just curious, when they replace the battery will they give a temporary phone for 2-3 hours until their job is completed? Otherwise how to notify us the job is completed? Or are we supposed to stay there for them to finish the job?
