Preferably, otherwise they can't check stock availability and also to minimize your waiting time.

For this program, we will need to contact Apple first then they will redirect us to a authorized service center? Plan to change my 6 Plus battery since this is cheap for original.

Well assuming it is a new phone la lol. But from what i've read, Apple's refurbished sets are usually better than newer units since they go through more stringent tests and most of the internals are new.
lol sadly my old model is only a rose gold 16gb.
But weirdly the invoice he typed in the model as grey 64gb  sweat.gif
Hopefully they replace the phone according to his error  whistling.gif

When they use suction cups the TG will be taken up hence crack or whatever lose its ashensive

notworthy.gif thanks for the explanation. So if somehow the adhesives are still good and doesn't lift up from the screen, then it won't be sacrificed?

Need to get the battery in my mom's old iPhone 6 replaced. She says it's showing 79% in that battery diagnostics screen. Problem is, I see all the RM$129 offers from Switch and Machines have KL service centres only, and we are based in Johor. So I can't bring it to a Switch or Machines outlet in JB?

Edit:
According to this article I found via Googling, There seems to only one authorized Switch outlet for the program (no Machines listed) in JB, and that outlet is damn far from where my mom lives. Can't we just go to any Switch outlet?

No, you'll need to get your screen fixed at the Authorized Service Centre first and then get the battery replaced, if you want to qualify for the RM129 battery change.
