Hi all,

I am looking to buy a unit of 202 Desa Cahaya (202 DC) at Jalan Ampang, for own (and family) stay.
My family is attracted to the lush greenery all around this property.

However, as this is an old condominium, since 1994, we have some doubts before putting the purchase in.

The condominium seemed half empty and for all the 5 times we have been there to view the sale unit, it has been very quiet. We are not sure if there is an underlying problem with it. e.g. piping, safety,wiring, etc
This is because of the very low occupancy & many owners are selling their unit. Although we can see during the viewing that the maintenance of the condominium in general is up to standard, we are puzzled over the quietness.

The property agent said many tenants have moved out due to the construction noise nearby (Pavilion Embassy)
Really appreciate if you can provide feedback regarding this property - some of you may be the owner?tenant? ex-tenant? friend of tenant? etc...
We have nowhere to find out about it, hope to get some genuine replies.
