I drive Grab with Axia. Very rarely receive riders with large luggage. Actually my first rider had a lot of luggage. Four bags i think. But she's alone so everything can fit inside my car so no problem.

In the case that customers are looking to fill luggages, i think they themselves will cancel once they saw that the driver assigned to them is an Axia driver.

I got cancelled a few times too but not too many times and doesn't affect much.
