Does microphone related to motherboard?, Help.

Recently i sent my samsung a7 to repair. The guy said the problem is motherboard. So i did change the motherboard. Today i just noticed the mic doesnt work. I can hear caller, but caller dont hear me. Any possiblity this occur bcos of motherboard i recently changed?

Hi, thanks for the reply.
Your A7 (2016)'s microphone is attached to the motherboard, so if the technician exchange it to a new one then the microphone in your phone should be the new one. Have you try to factory reset your phone before sending it to the technician? |
