I use TP-Link router from Unifi. At home, I use an app from TP-Link called "Tether" to access and make changes to the router since my phone is connected to the house wifi.
How do I control my router if I am outside? Primarily, I need it to cut Internet access to selected gadgets the kids are using.
(I humbly request to use simpler, less technical language to explain).
Many thanks.

QUOTE(niakulah @ Dec 29 2017, 02:32 PM) Not an answer to the question you asked...but a potentially better solution: https://www.qustodio.com/en/I subscribed (paid) to this app. But it's very laggy because it uses VPN. In the end, I stopped using.

QUOTE(SheepGeeks @ Dec 29 2017, 03:22 PM) Turn on your home computer, use Teamviewer, connect to your home computer from your device at outside then tweak from there. If I'm not mistaken, you can use mobile teamviewer as well. House computer must keep on all the time for this to work?
