How do you configure the size of the advertlets thing at the side?

It's at the right side btw ... below all the chatbox and stuff.

Becoz at the second question, I can't choose the other answers and cannot click on the next button.

This is the code that I pasted in my Javascript Module:

i also want to know, but i want to know how to make it smaller my case, the advertlet become bigger than my sidebar
