C19723207,Maxis Fibre sucks,my service down for 10 days,before christmas i lodge a complaint,but all ur staff unable to provide me a solution but only put blame on TM side,lanjiao la,i'm paying my bill to maxis not pay to TM,i know that u are using TM infrastructure for ur fibre service but if this happen to TM,they will take no longer than 1 week to settle it,look at urself,my case happened for how many days?u are really hopeless and useless maxis,when coming to collect money u are very efficient but when coming to service u are seriously sucks,fuck you la maxis,christmas no internet the coming new year left only few days i can confirm no internet access for me also,ur team always only know talk with follow to the script and all ur staff always aeroplane me,say will call but call nuts la..Again fuck u maxis
