My Sharp TV 60UA6800X cannot assess the hompage of the android tv menu. How can I reset the TV in service menu?

May I know is it remote control under the warranty? If not, where can buy a new remote control? Still can pairing with a new remote? |

I also just bought an original remote from Shopee. May I know is there any compatible remote that can duplicate the original remote? The original one is damn expensive...plan to duplicate it and keep the original one in seal...
