I factory reset, reclaim back my 4k experience but in expense for defunct voice command button on my remote control. 😭

if u factory reset, u can go check if there is a pending update.

there should be... since factory, there has been 2 updates, i remember.... one of them fixes the voice search problem.

adrama... check if u hv current v5.1.
rc won't do the job - u need a mouse.

hypptv or playtv - same, u need mouse and rc to navigate complete.

a mouse is required becos these apps are built for touch screen devices... press, hold, swipe, drag....


beside adrama, u can try icdrama with rss player with this ready made app.

Reinstalled adrama not sure same apk or not but thankfully the android TV ui came out so no issue already.

Btw how to go to the restart menu? I saw someone shared a screenshot with a restart menu but I tried searching through cannot find the restart button in menu.

if it is not v5.1, u will get a prompt... old version doesn't work with some videos.

"restart" is v impt, use it whenever u find it sluggish or something is not working normal.

settings->about->restart.

it is free... but u need to have id/password from a registered subscriber.

but the app does not work very now with the tv becos the current version is not ATV friendly.

so, it is not an app i suggest for use at this time.

Wonder if astro purposely make HD channel to be jittering when viewing.

they also blocked casting to tv from mobile via chromecast too.

it is hard to comment if u dun describe better.

1. when do u get this - playback videos, netflix, astro, tv3, which box? which channel(s)?

2. what AV mode do u use - std, movie, dynamic, pc, gaming?

3. did u go to "tools" and adjusted some of those variables?
