For day one Nakano broadway if you plan to shop tax free figures, toy manga etc from Mandarake 7.30pm the tax free counter will close. Most shops will close slightly early compare with Malaysia but restaurant still open until 10-11 i think.

Wahhh you're expected to wake up 5am or 6am daily while getting home pretty late. Think twice about your packed itinerary as after 1-2 days down the road you'll so worn out, you may not be able to wake up early and thus this may mess up your plan   Suggest you reduce some activity and place the less important ones as 'backup' so in case if you're early/ on schedule, you can go ahead. If you're late then can skip those activities - but at least you did the ones in your priority list.

Tsukiji market closed on wednesday in case you wanted to go into the inner market.
Outer market I guess still open though.
But outer market nowadays is like a tourist market / attraction sia.

Divided into 3 places:-

1. Auction area
2. Inner market - aka the real market where they sell in bulk or do serious business (I heard that u need to buy only allow to go in cant simply go in wonder around)
3. Outer market - more for tourist, eateries and small bulk.

You could actually take a bus to ShimoYoshida bus stop then walk to Chureito Pagoda, then take the train to Kawaguchiko Station later..
