Travel To Japan V11, Nippon here we come!

Going to Japan for the 4th time and will be bringing my waifu and it's her first time planning to go around 8-10 days thinking of doing either the meme route Osaka(with Kobe and Himeji) - Kyoto - Tokyo (with Hakone). This will be full 10 days Osaka 1 day (kuromon, aquarium and castle), Himeji and Kobe 1 day, Kyoto 3 days, Tokyo 5 days or the Tokyo route (7-8 days) Tokyo, Nikko, Hakone which one is the best to bring waifu for her first timer? Kinda incline to bring her to use the meme route but a bit rushing. Wanted to do the Osaka route only but last year I alone oredi go there explore gao gao so wanted to try Tokyo Will be visiting Japan again maybe at Olympics  |

Sifu please help need your opinion on this
1. Going to Fuji Q and Hakone (Onsen and do all those Odakuwani, etc. trip) should I sleep at Hakone or just go back to Tokyo and the next day go back to enjoy? Pros going back is no need to bring luggage that's all lol
2. If going to Nikko, is it better to sleep there or how? I've read that it's a very big place but really unsure if should spend a night there. Yet again lazy to haul my big luggage prefer to make a base in Tokyo lol.

My Rough Itinerary but wanted to focus more on the day 5-7
5. Hakone - Hakone Yuryo, The Pirate Ship Thingy, Sleep at airbnb
6. Fuji Five Lakes - Fuji Q and sightseeing. sleep at airbnb
7. Fuji Five Lakes to Tokyo
Possible or not lol
any other suggestions that sifus can add up?
Which area is the best to stayin Hakone and Fuji Five Lakes?

Hmm still thinking
11 days trip to Japan with my wife (her first time there)
1) Land in Tokyo using ANA and then buy jr pass
pros: use ana, shinkansen to kyoto
cons: expensive
2) Land in Kansai go back through SIA or Air Asia
pros: SIA, willer express to kl, cheap
cons: lazy to transit at Singapore
3) Land in Tokyo using ANA, use willer express both ways to Osaka and Tokyo
pros: very cheap, save on accomodation
cons: slow, a bit tiring
which one should I use :/ dont really wanna spend a lot on jr pass tbh but if terpaksa what to dooo
