is it advisable to visit japan around sept - oct in 2019? there will be a big event next year, Rugby World Cup... >.<

mid - end of Nov would be a peak season in Japan already right? will the accommodation there be very pricy ? hmm..

thanks guys... just another question if you guys could give an opinion.. is there any difference now between cathay pacific and cathay dragon ? these 2 airlines do fly to japan.. but would like to know its main differences, if any.
