I am also planning to buy the Icoca+Haruka but the problem is that I have 3 kids. Have google around for Icoca for child, but not much info provided. Because as I know child Icoca is half price of adult fare and it also can purchase the Haruka discounted ticket as well.

Can I purchase the child Icoca at Kansai Airport?

For adults is it advisable to get Osaka Amazing Pass or just use the Icoca as I'll be in Osaka for 2 days (1 full day in USJ + 1 day sightseeing around Osaka)

i still recommend get 1 day for Osaka Amazing Pass (2500 yen), it very worth
normal price for osaka castle (600yen), and the cruise beside osaka castle (1500yen), these 2 thing cost 2100 yen already
and the subway.....1 day normal cost sure higher than the pass.

is haruka necessary for me? as im just travel to osaka,kyoto and kobe.

Haruka is a train that transfer you from Kansai airport to either Osaka, Kyoto or Nara. Just like KLIA Express. It’s either one way or round trip ticket.
