I saw a car for sale Merc A class A180 year 2011 and imported in Malaysia 2014, with 62000km for RM 57,000. Is this good model and year to buy ? I’m looking for safety and comfort and reliability. Another confusion, its shape looks like B180 to me. What should I look for before purchasing. How can I get engine, etc checked? Thanks in advance. Attached thumbnail(s)

I think you'd get more response in the car section but for that model, 2 things u might need to check though. The drive shafts and the transmission. Those seem to be popular issues

QUOTE(ajaibman @ Dec 27 2017, 03:22 PM) This model has a dreaded CVT gearbox.. Yeah, I've been told that too. I guess CVT for that model does have it's limits so, do not perform beyond what the car can do if you wanna get that model.
