how to be a referee?, steps to be a referee

I kinda wanna know whats the requirement to be a referee and share it with others,managing a game is cool.question such as :
minimum age: what test will be sitting: how long to be a qualify referee: pros and cons about being a referee to be added later on....  ps: i google already,no result on "referee" "malaysia" "license" "test"  and i got around 5months break after my exam on june |
