If u want some Chinese exposure, go to TARC, if u prefer Malay speaking environment, KPTM. By the way u are Sabah/sarawakian bumi?

With the emergence of China it would be an advantage if u know some Chinese. Furthermore since u are doing a diploma in business, most SME in Malaysia are rather Chinese centric. If u are willing to push your comfort zone a bit further u should try TARC. But if u would like a more comfortable environment, going KPTM is a better option
