It all begin 19th August 2017. Discussion between the owner (my wife & I) with the contractor name Ah Yeam. We choose him because of his previous track record building our friends bungalow and renovation. He is well known among teachers who living in Kulim and Bukit Mertajam.

The cost of the renovation are RM64,500.
No written agreement are made (this is so risky)
Only face to face meeting and handshake (hahahaha.... so kampung)

Now I have to start save RM65k for that kind of reno too.. (with price going up, not sure how much will it be in 2-3yrs' time)

After renovation, it looks like more spacious.

Mind to elaborate in details what are the renovation scope for RM65k?

Not planning to build a small store room underneath the staircase?

Can share the contractor's contact number?

frankly I not recommend this contractor... lousy contractor.... if you insisted to get the contact number. Do PM me

If you setback the toilet, is there a big adjustment on piping? and how much is the cost.
