Your HU can turn?
Rear speaker working?
Did your front speaker hooked to any amplifier?

Then i think not fuse issue.
Try check the HU setting the balance between front and rear.
is your door got a serious water leakage or entered alot of water?

I believe there is chances that water caused short circuit at speaker to HU and damaged the front channel output
bring it to trusted shop to check to avoid kena con
