Hi,
I am about to buy RUMAWIP in Jan 2017. As for downpayment and legal fees, I have saved mostly but few years ago I heard there is a waiver for legal fees for first home buyer and I think I can get 100%loan.
Appreciate if anyone can help me out or point out to the thread. Search for some but some are posts from 2014.
Thanks. Sorry for the inconveniences.

Is depend on developer whether to package the legal fees inside the purchase price but with this competitive market, most developer will do that. So when you inquire, you should double check with the developer first.

It depends project by project. For my rumawip case, legal fee for spa by developer, legal fee for loan agreement by buyer but with rather low fixed amount.
