Mdf chamber for 3inch full range speakers

Hello sifus. I would like to know if having a mdf chambers for my full range speakers (seated at the twitters spot) makes a significant differences? Was advised that the sound reproduction will sound more compact because most of the sound waves will be contained with the chambers otherwise the sound waves will travel in all directions.

i tot chamber/compartment only to reproduce low freq sound/bass, not to set the sound projection..

I have no in depth knowledge about using mdf chambers sitting at the original Twitters position except that given its ideal setup i.e. ( full range speakers with mdf chambers should be facing the receipient directly to give the sound stage impression)
Hoping some sifus can shed a light on this topic

Do u mean speaker pod at pillar? Actually it does make sounds better if install properly.. becoz sound projections direct to our hearing level, it does make sound better.
