i already booked this unit.i tot the ofer s quite good. n i tink putrajaya might have potential to boost since there s mrt project & quite near to klia.
. for long term i tink it s quite reasonable to invest. . but after soft launch yesterday, i only notice that the top management for the developer is Main Man for FAM. After that i feel a bit worry because dunno their capabilities.haha . Even they manage FAM also failed.kah3 |

Its bordering to cyberjaya but mrt not that close also..
Future hsr not that close also.. Putrajaya sentral not that close also.. Picc close. Heriot watt close.. Not exactly beside the lake.. But nearby |

The only building nearby is the MOHE building, so I suppose if you're working there, it would be a great place to stay as you only have to cross the road. Other amenities are all far away. It is beautiful garden city but it being potrayed by quarters that it is only for muslim and all halal there. Mat salleh will not choose it as no pub or drinking places which is their life! Same apply to many local chinese and indian too. Not sure there is statistics on the demographic in putrajaya.
